Impact works alongside New York State’s Center for Quality Improvement and Innovation (CQII) and NORC at the University of Chicago, on the “Emerging Strategies to Improve Health Outcomes for People Aging with HIV” (Aging with HIV Initiative). This initiative supports innovative interventions aimed at enhancing the health and well-being of individuals with HIV aged 50 and older, particularly those served by the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP).
This initiative, funded by HRSA’s Special Projects of National Significance (SPNS), focuses on holistic care for older adults with HIV. Impact developed the project’s strategic marketing plan, designed the initiative’s brand mark, and helps lead efforts to share the initiative’s findings and resources effectively. Impact develops a range of deliverables, such as videos, PowerPoint slide decks, marketing sheets, tip sheets, press releases, blogs, case studies, infographics, spotlights, as well as design services for the project’s e-newsletter, manuals, toolkits, and protocols. Impact also manages the monthly Publication & Dissemination Committee, ensuring we gather regular updates, insights, and maintain engagement.
