Impact provides communication strategy and design services to support the Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB), a division of HRSA that works to improve the health and well-being of America’s mothers, children, and families. To enhance MCHB’s digital communications, Impact conducted user experience (UX) analysis of the MCHB website and provided UX recommendations. Additionally, Impact established a new design look and feel that was adopted Bureau-wide and led to the development of a 5-year graphic design contract in which Impact leads the development of hundreds of designs and illustrations, animated videos, presentations, briefs, reports, infographics, and more. Impact continues to support the visual refresh of the MCHB brand by developing a suite of templates, resources, reports, presentations, fact sheets, web graphics and more. Impact is also involved in a project focused on advancing change management and organizational transformation within MCHB.
